Radical Love & Equity: A Guard Rail Training on Equity
Developing strategies and implementing change
What Is Radical Love and Equity Training?
Radical Love and Equity training goes beyond surface-level diversity workshops. It’s designed to transform individuals, organizations, and systems by addressing the root causes of inequity—especially those tied to learned bias about race, culture, gender, and power.
Human-Centered Transformation
A focus on creating cultures of belonging where participants are valued for their lived experiences. Guiding teams to co-create strategies that dismantle oppressive ideologies and rebuild systems around equity and dignity.
Understanding What Separates Us
These immersive workshops use storytelling, empathy-building, and group discovery to uncover hidden biases and systemic patterns. Participants explore the origin of these biases—and how to challenge those bias constructs collaboratively.Strategic Organizational Change
