Founder of Wisdom Strategy Innovation, LLC, Milta created this consulting firm to offer strategic planning, leadership development, and coaching rooted in ancestral wisdom and systemic analysis.
Director and Principal Investigator at the National Office of Women’s Health, developing a safety net, education, and service provision Community Center of Excellence in Women’s Health, employing community women as Promotoras Peer Educators and servicing over 10,000 women and their families. Throughout her career, she was witness to the ravages of the Heroin, Crack/Cocaine epidemic in poor and marginalized communities as a Clinical Counselor. In the early years of the HIV/AIDS epidemic, as a Sr.Trainer for Cicatelli Associates, she provided training to members of the medical, social service, and administrative fields, alongside community members servicing HIV infected and affected individuals in the USA, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico, and more recently bearing witness to the effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
